Puppy Application Reservation Fee:
To reserve a spot on the list, there is a $300.00 non-refundable reservation fee. Consequently, the reservation fee applies to the overall adoption fee of the puppy. The overall adoption fee for our puppies is between $1200 and $2000. The adoption fee is based primarily on color, size, and breed. The adoption fee for each puppy will be posted on the puppy page with photos of the puppy.
Puppy Application and Availability:
If there is no one on the waiting list, you can put in an application for a specific puppy. If there is a waiting list, Puppy availability primarily depends on your location on the list. However, this is not always the way it works. Many people sign up on the list before they are ready for a puppy. It is somewhat common for me to run through the list quickly and end up near the end of the list due to those higher up on the list not being ready for their puppy. Sometimes, people usually choose to wait due to personal reasons. In reality, sometimes life happens, and we understand that. As a result, I cannot tell you when you will be contacted about a puppy. However, please understand that I want to help you get a puppy just as you want a puppy. Nonetheless, I do not have the ability to control all variables.
Waiting List and Puppy Application
If we do not have any puppies available and your application is approved, you will be added to the waiting list. Once you are on the waiting list, I will contact you as soon as a puppy is available to you. I work to keep the waiting list updated. You can see your place on the list at all times by checking the waiting list page. If your application is not approved, I will refund your deposit.
Waiting List Availability
There are too many mitigating factors to guarantee when a puppy will be available. All we can do is promise to contact you when your a puppy is available for you. The best way to keep up with our prospective litters is by, “liking” and “following” our Facebook page. We try to do our best to ensure that each family on the list gets their puppy. However, maintaining the quality and care of our puppies and dogs is also important. In turn, sometimes, it may require some patience.
Application Approved – Picking a Puppy
To pick your puppy, I will start taking photos at 1 week of age. Once the puppies are three weeks of age, I will start contacting those on the waiting list. Once the first person on the list is contacted, they will have up to 48 hours to pick their puppy before the next person on the list is contacted. When contacted, if you choose to wait to pick a puppy, then you will be able to choose your puppy from those puppies that are available until the entire litter has been reserved. Additionally, when on the list you are able to pass on the litter should you choose. In this case, you will stay on the waiting list.
Small breeds are overall easier to handle as puppies than the larger breeds. As a result, we do not temperament test them. Still, just because they are small dogs does not mean they should not get obedience training, have rules in the house, and be taught not to bark obnoxiously.
Final Steps…
Once you have chosen your puppy, I will continue to update photos on the website. I will send out a link to all of the necessary new puppy owner information that you will need to be ready for your new fur-baby. You will sign contracts at pick up, but you will be capable of reviewing a blank contract through the link I send you. Puppy pick up will be when your pup is between the ages of 9 and 12 weeks. This will primarily depend on the size of the puppy. If the puppy is not at least 2 . 5 lbs, they will not go to their new home until they are. Additionally, puppies must stay with us until they go to the vet for a full exam and first “puppy” vaccine (DA2PP) is given. All puppy pick ups will be scheduled for a specific day and time.

If you do not make the reservation deposit your application will be deleted, you will not be contacted, and your name will not go on the list.
