Application Agreement Information - Mini Poodles and Doodles

Before completing the application, you are asked to review and agree to these terms. Please make sure you have read and agree with the information below BEFORE completing the application.

Reservation Fee Agreement:

** The reservation/application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once you have been approved.

** If the application is not accepted, you will be notified within 72 hours and your reservation fee will be returned.

Understanding Adoption Agreement

** Applicant understands that once a puppy is adopted, it is a requirement to stay in touch using specific applications (Facebook OR Instagram). Access to these applications can be provided to you by Regency Ranch. This requirement will stay in place for the first year of the puppy’s ownership and there will be a minimum contact requirement of once every two months.

** All puppies are adopted with limited registration which means that the puppy/dog must be spayed/neutered by the time he/she reaches 18 months of age.

** NO litters can be produced before spay/neuter is completed.

** All of our puppies come with a three-year health guarantee. As the puppy adopter, you will be required to follow the contract for the guarantee to remain valid.

** Unless otherwise agreed upon, the applicant is expected to pick up their puppy in person from Regency Ranch in Blanco, TX.

How the waiting list works:

** The applicant has one chance to pass on a litter and still move up the waiting list.

** If the applicant chooses to pass on the second available litter, their name will be moved to the end of the waiting list.

** With each pass of an available litter, the applicant’s name will move to the end of the list.

** The applicant is only allowed to pass on three available litters. When the fourth available puppy is offered, if the applicant passes, they will be removed from the waiting list.

** Once a puppy is available, I will contact you to see if you are ready for a puppy. If I contact you via phone and text and you do not respond, you will automatically be removed from the list.

Breeder Limitations:

Although we do everything that they can to provide the “perfect” puppy for each family, we are not all knowing. Even though we do our best to place each puppy in their “right” family based upon the puppy’s aptitude results and the family questionnaire, there is no guarantee. It is impossible to promise that each family will get the exact puppy they want or that their puppy will not present any trials or tribulations.

We cannot guarantee the overall personality of the pup. Additionally, there is no guarantee that the puppy will be “easy” to raise.

Regency Ranch works hard to make sure the puppy is well socialized and assessed before being placed in their homes. Nonetheless, it is the responsibility of the applicant to raise, train, and “mold” the puppy.
